The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has seen its flood management budget balloon from ₱182.99 Billion in 2022 to an estimated ₱250.8 Billion for 2026. But as the numbers keep climbing, Filipinos are still left wading through the same deep waters, risking their health, livelihood, and safety.Where is the money going? The Filipino public deserves real, structural engineering solutions and absolute transparency—not just ballooning figures on a spreadsheet.
