𝐒𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐋𝐔𝐋𝐔𝐏𝐈𝐆, 𝐃𝐈 𝐊𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐈𝐋! 🇵🇭

Ang kalayaan na tinatamasa natin ngayon ay bunga ng sakripisyo ng mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa bayan.

Ngunit ang kabayanihan ay hindi nagtatapos sa kasaysayan.

Ngayon, may mga bayaning patuloy na nakatayo sa bukid—ang ating mga magsasaka. Sila ang nagbubungkal ng lupa, nag-aalaga ng ani, at nagpapakain sa buong bayan.

Sa DAR Sarangani, mananatili tayong katuwang at tagapagtanggol ng ating mga magsasaka. Sa bawat hamon, titindig tayo. Maninindigan tayo.

𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲| DAR Sarangani Turns Over Farm Machinery to KRISMUBIL MPC

GENERAL SANTOS CITY | August 27, 2026 — The Department of Agrarian Reform Sarangani Provincial Office turned over a package of farm machinery and equipment to Krismubil Multi-Purpose Cooperative (KRISMUBIL MPC) in Batomelong, Tinagacan Agrarian Reform Community, General Santos City, boosting the cooperative’s capacity to serve Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries, farmers, and the surrounding community.

The assistance was provided under DAR’s Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Program–Sustainable Livelihood Support (CRFPSP-SLS) for Disaster and Calamity-Affected Areas. The package includes a mobile corn sheller with hand tractor, combined milling machine, and forage shredder.

The intervention aims to address production and processing constraints, improve farm productivity, expand the cooperative’s farm services and business operations, and create sustainable income opportunities for its members and ARBs.

In her message, MARPO Eleanor E. Serra of DARMO General Santos City challenged the cooperative to take full responsibility for the proper operation, maintenance, recordkeeping, and sustainable utilization of the machinery, ensuring that the government’s investment translates into lasting benefits for farmers and the community.

Accepting the challenge on behalf of the cooperative, KRISMUBIL MPC Chairperson Montasser T. Dambong expressed the organization’s gratitude to DAR and committed to putting the machinery to productive and responsible use.

Also present was Dave Ariel B. Ayop of the City Agriculturist’s Office, representing the LGU of General Santos City. He affirmed the LGU’s continued support and partnership with DAR in advancing agricultural and ARC development.

The turnover is a testament to DAR’s continuing commitment to go beyond land distribution—helping ARBs become more productive, strengthening their organizations, and developing sustainable agribusiness enterprises.

From land to livelihood, DAR continues to bring meaningful support closer to agrarian reform communities.

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞-𝗧𝗢-𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗦: DAR Sarangani Wins Full Approval for VISTA Project at Central Office Deliberations!

𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗭𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — All proposed Agrarian Reform Communities and Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations presented by the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Sarangani under the Value Chain Innovation for Sustainable Transformation in Agrarian Reform Communities Project received complete approval during the ARBO Deliberations held on August 24–26, 2026, at the DAR Central Office.

The three-day activity evaluated the qualifications, eligibility, readiness, and capacity of prospective ARBOs to effectively manage and utilize support provided through the initiative. The panel presiding over the review was headed by Atty. Marjorie P. Ayson, Assistant Secretary for the Field Operations Office and concurrent National Project Director for the VISTA Project.

Representing the province, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Oding B. Yusoph, JD, SCL, alongside Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer for Program Beneficiaries Development Division John H. Gamad, presented the development framework for five municipalities in Sarangani. The comprehensive presentation covered detailed profiles for 80 Value Chain Participating Organizations representing 15,088 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries, outlining their geographic, social, and economic indicators.

Central to the investment proposal were detailed production maps and baseline data highlighting existing and prospective production areas for cacao and coffee, as well as municipality-level yield volumes. The panel commended the proposal's thorough mapping and structured approach, which served as the foundation for granting approval to all involved local organizations and communities.

PARPO II Yusoph shared his optimism that the implementation of the project will empower local ARBOs and ARCs to achieve long-term self-reliance and sustain economic momentum beyond the project duration. Echoing the project’s mission, Assistant Secretary Ayson emphasized that the ultimate measure of success for the VISTA Project remains the sustainable increase in income for targeted ARBs and their respective organizations.

𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲| DATU PINTIC IS NOW SARANGANI’S 23RD AGRARIAN REFORM COMMUNITY!

Another milestone for agrarian reform and rural development in Sarangani Province!

The Datu PinTic Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) of Maitum, composed of Barangays Tuanadatu, Pinol, and Ticulab, has been approved as the 23rd ARC of DARPO Sarangani, subject to the incorporation of the comments, suggestions, and recommendations of the National ARC Task Force (NARCTF) into its ARC Development Plan.

PARPO II Oding B. Yusoph, JD, SCL and CARPO John H. Gamad, Chief of the Program Beneficiaries Development Division, presented the proposed Datu PinTic ARC Development Plan 2027–2031 today in Quezon City during the NARCTF Deliberations for CY 2026.

More than a development plan, the Datu PinTic ARCDP carries the aspirations of 2,231 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and their communities. It charts a five-year direction toward stronger farmer organizations, sustainable agribusiness and livelihoods, improved farm productivity and market access, better infrastructure and basic services, secure land tenure, and climate resilience.

This approval opens a new chapter for Tuanadatu, Pinol, and Ticulab—turning their shared vision into concrete programs, investments, partnerships, and opportunities.

Please be informed that work at the DAR Provincial Office (DARPO) Sarangani, as well as all DAR Municipal Offices (DARMOs) in Sarangani and General Santos City, will be suspended on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in observance of the 1448 Hijrah Maulidin Nabi, or the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.).

Mula sa DAR Sarangani ARC Task Force, inihahandog ang pelikulang dokumentaryong “𝗗𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻”, bilang mukha ng mga magsasaka sa panawagan sa pagbuo ng Datu PinTic Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) sa munisipalidad ng Maitum, Sarangani sa ika-23 pagkakataon.

Abangan natin ang paglalakbay ng pelikula para sa magsasakang Pilipino!
