📢 ADVISORY | Clarification on the Reversion to the Five-Day Workweek

Pursuant to the memorandum issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) dated June 1, 2026, the Department has clarified the implementation of the five-day workweek arrangement. Specified offices and personnel shall observe the standard five-day workweek, while all other DOLE offices and attached agencies shall continue under the Compressed Workweek (CWW) arrangement in accordance with existing Civil Service Commission guidelines. Frontline services shall remain fully operational and accessible to the public through proper personnel scheduling and rotation.
