Tolentino to strengthen workplace safety, emergency preparedness and compliance with occupational safety and health standards, the Department of Labor and Employment XII- General Santos City Field Office invites micro establishments (employing 1-9 workers) to register for the Online Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV).

The TAV is a free program that provides employers with guidance on labor laws, General Labor Standards, and Occupational Safety and Health Standards to help promote workplace compliance and protect workers' welfare.

The public, private establishments, partner agencies, and all stakeholders who receive such solicitation letters or encounter similar fraudulent communications claiming to originate from DOLE-X are strongly advised not to respond to, provide donations or financial assistance, or otherwise act upon such communications. They are likewise encouraged to report the incident immediately through DOLE-Xโ€™s official communication channels.

The public is reminded that DOLE-X does not solicit donations or financial assistance from the public. Any solicitation made in the name of DOLE-X or any of its officials should be considered fraudulent and reported immediately.
