INCIDENT REPORT: FIRE RESPONSE
DATE: 9/10/26
TIME: 1:25pm

A call was received by the Brgy Risk Reduction Management Office (BDRRMO)
at 1:25:pm.. Sinawal Rescue were immediately dispatched at Scene near La Cassandra Subdivision.

The fire incident was reported as Grass fire and fire out at exactly 2:20pm..

The BDRRMO extends it commendation and sincere appreciation to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Delta 9 (D9)for their prompt response, effective coordination , and dedicated service during the operation.

IN PHOTOS: Medical Case Response

A Resident of Barangay Sinawal arrived at our office to report a pregnant woman throwing up blood and requested immediate transport assistance.

Upon arrival at the scene, a patient was noted , a female 19years of age, conscious, weak. During the assessment the patient was observed, pregnant, weak in her lower extremities and some visible light red blood.

Responding personnel immediately assisted the patient, the vital signs were obtained and monitored and immediately transported at Doctor Jorge P Royeca Hospital for further medical evaluation and Management.

A trauma incident involving motorcycle ( Self- accident) occurred in Barangay Sinawal diversion road. the Sinawal Rescue was promptly dispatched to the scene upon receiving the report.

The Sinawal Rescue team immediately provided medical assistance to the patient, stabilized injuries, and facilitated his safe transport at St Elizabeth Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

IN PHOTOS: Vehicular accident at Barangay Fatima General Santos City.

On September 2 2026, at approximately 5:10pm, a vehicular accident occurred at Brgy Fatima General Santos city. The office of Delta 9 (D9 ) were contacted, and Sinawal Barangay Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office team deployed . upon arriving at the scene, according to the initial report, the man was in his 23 years of age sustained a minor trauma but required for medical attention. they assessed patients condition and performed first aid, and was immediately transported to Gensan Medical Center for further medical assessment.

Electrocution Incident:

Barangay SinawAl, General Santos city, September 1 2026, SinawAl Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Peace and order personnel.responded to An electrocution Incident at Purok BCM Barangay Sinawal Gensan.

According to the initial report, the victim was identified as 24 years old male, who sustained a minor injury at his right hand, and weak at his Lower extremities after coming into contact with an electrical source. responding EMS personnel immediately conducted patient assessment And provided necessary pre-hospital medical intervention upon arrival at the scene.

Emergency responders administered oxygen and continuously monitored patient vitals signs prior to transport. the patient was subsequently brought to Doctor Jorge P. Royeca Hospital (DJPRH) for further medical eveluation and treatment..

SinawAl Rescue Gensan continuously reminds the public to exercise extreme caution when dealing electrical equipment, exposed wiring and power source to prevent accidents that may cause serious injuries or loss of life..
