𝗡𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗦 𝗟𝗘𝗙𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗜𝗗𝗘: 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝟵 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗫𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗨𝗟𝗧 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗡

𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝟭𝟮 — Police arrested a Number 9 Most Wanted Person at the provincial level during a manhunt operation along Ardonia Street, Barangay Lagao, General Santos City, at about 10:40 AM on August 11, 2026.

Arrested was alias “Badoy,” 58, a self-employed resident of General Santos City. The operation was led by personnel of the 1201st Maneuver Company, RMFB 12, under the supervision of PMAJ CRISPOLO C BABA JR, Company Commander, in coordination with Police Station 3, General Santos City Police Office, and Regional Intelligence Unit 12.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Sexual Assault under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 37, General Santos City, on July 28, 2026, with recommended bail of ₱120,000.

“Patuloy nating paiigtingin ang ating manhunt operations upang matiyak na ang mga wanted persons ay haharap sa korte at sa tamang proseso ng batas. Ang bawat pagkakaaresto ay hakbang tungo sa pagkamit ng hustisya,” said PBGEN ALAN B MANIBOG, Regional Director, PRO 12.

At about 1:00 AM on August 8, 2026, personnel of the 1201st Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 12 (RMFB 12), led by PMAJ CRISPOLO C. BABA, JR., Company Commander, conducted a random checkpoint operation within the area of Brgy. Calumpang, General Santos City.

During the operation, a male motorist passed through the checkpoint pushing his driven motorcycle and was found to have run out of fuel and he had no money for refueling. Immediately without any hesitation, PMAJ BABA extended assistance and brought the driver and his motorcycle at the gasoline station just in front of the established checkpoint area to fuel up the motorcycle, to help him continue his journey safely.

The motorist expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the unexpected help and kindness shown by the members of the Philippine National Police.

This simple act of compassion reminds us that policing is not only about enforcing the law, but also about serving with humanity, empathy, and concern for others. A small act of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s life, especially in moments of need.

Personnel of the 1201st Maneuver Company, RMFB 12, conducted the Company Advisory Group for Police Development and Transformation Meeting on August 8, 2026, at about 3:30 P.M. at the Company Headquarters, Brgy. Fatima, General Santos City.
The meeting was presided over by PMAJ CRISPOLO C. BABA, JR. and attended by advisory council members from various sectors of the community. The activity served as a venue for consultation and collaboration between the PNP and community stakeholders in support of the programs of the unit.

The Advisory Group strengthens police-community partnership and supports transparency, accountability, operational effectiveness, and the continuing development and transformation efforts of the Philippine National Police.

1201st Maneuver Company, RMFB 12 Arrests Wanted Person in General Santos City

GENERAL SANTOS CITY – Personnel of the 1201st Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 12 (RMFB 12), under the supervision of PCOL SAMUEL T. CADUNGON, Force Commander, RMFB 12, and the leadership of PMAJ CRISPOLO C. BABA JR., Company Commander, successfully arrested a wanted person through the implementation of a warrant of arrest in Barangay Lagao, General Santos City, on August 5, 2026.

The operation was conducted by 1201st Maneuver Company, RMFB 12, as the lead unit, in coordination with Police Station 3, General Santos City Police Office (GSCPO). The accused was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Reckless Imprudence under Article 365 of the Revised Penal Code.

The successful operation reflects the unwavering commitment of the 1201st Maneuver Company, RMFB 12 and GSCPO to enforce the law, bring wanted persons to justice, and uphold peace, order, and public safety.
