Here are some tips for customers victimized by fake food orders:
1. Do not erase the call records in your phones as proof of the call made;
2. Document the facts by executing a sworn statement or affidavit and support the same with screenshots of the dates/time logs when the prank calls were made;
3. Report the matter and submit the affidavit to the proper authorities and/or agencies, such as the National Telecommunications Commission; the Philippine National Police and the National Bureau of Investigation.
