NECPO Inc., Nagsagawa ng Regular na Pagpupulong sa Bayan ng General Tinio

GENERAL TINIO, NUEVA ECIJA — Nagsagawa ang Nueva Ecija Council of Personnel Officers, Inc. (NECPO) ng regular na pagpupulong na dinaluhan ng mga HR Personnel at Officers mula sa iba’t ibang tanggapan at lokal na pamahalaan sa lalawigan.

Tinalakay sa pagpupulong ang mga mahahalagang impormasyon at panuntunan mula sa Civil Service Commission (CSC), gayundin ang mga paghahanda para sa mga nalalapit na gawain kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) ngayong Setyembre.

Naging panauhin din sa pagpupulong ang mga kinatawan ng PhilHealth, na nagbahagi ng mahahalagang impormasyon tungkol sa YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan) at mga benepisyong may kaugnayan sa gamot at serbisyong pangkalusugan. Layunin ng talakayan na higit na maipabatid sa mga HR Personnel ang mga programang maaaring mapakinabangan ng mga kawani at kanilang mga benepisyaryo.

Samantala, ilang mga resolusyon ang inaprubahan ng konseho bilang pagpapatibay sa pagpapatuloy ng mga makabuluhan at kapaki-pakinabang na programa at gawain ng NECPO. Kabilang dito ang mga aktibidad na naglalayong palakasin ang ugnayan at pagtutulungan ng mga HR practitioners, mapaunlad ang kanilang kaalaman at kakayahan, at maisulong ang kapakanan ng mga kawani sa serbisyo publiko.

Nagpaabot naman ng taos-pusong pasasalamat ang NECPO sa Bayan ng General Tinio sa mainit na pagtanggap at maayos na paghanda ng regular na pagpupulong.

Sa patuloy na pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan, nananatiling nakatuon ang NECPO sa pagsusulong ng tapat, mahusay, at pusong paglilingkod para sa bayan. 🇵🇭

📢 NOTICE TO ALL NECPO MEMBERS

In view of Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 129, dated August 18, 2026, directing the implementation of appropriate alternative work arrangements in Nueva Ecija on August 19, 2026 due to the anticipated heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, the NECPO Regular Meeting scheduled tomorrow, August 19, 2026, is hereby CANCELLED.

The meeting is RESCHEDULED to August 24, 2026 (Monday), at 10:00 AM, at the same venue.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

The Nueva Ecija Council of Personnel Officers (NECPO) gathered for its monthly regular meeting, hosted by the Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Gapan City!
The assembly focused on driving public sector HR excellence across the province through:
✅ Updates on Philippines Civil Service Commission (CSC) guidelines and activities
✅ Deliberation and approval of key NECPO resolutions
✅ An open forum addressing current issues, concerns, and best practices among HRMPs

Today, we successfully conducted a Knowledge-Sharing Session on the Enhancement of the Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern (OSSP) of Local Government Units in Nueva Ecija, with our Subject Matter Expert, Maj. Eleanor M. Prado.

The session provided valuable insights into strengthening organizational structures and optimizing staffing patterns to better equip local government units in delivering quality public service.

As a result of this learning activity, participants gained a deeper understanding of how OSSP enhancement contributes to:
• Stronger institutions
• More efficient service delivery
• Improved accountability
• Responsive and citizen-centered governance
• Sustainable organizational development

The Municipality of Llanera proudly hosted the regular monthly meeting of the Nueva Ecija Council of Personnel Officers, Inc. (NECPO), bringing together Human Resource Management Officers and personnel representatives from various local government units across the province.

The meeting served as a valuable platform for discussing updates on human resource management policies, Civil Service Commission issuances, employee development programs, and other relevant personnel concerns. It also provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, share best practices, and promote excellence in public service.

Before the regular meeting of NECPO, representatives from Pag-IBIG Fund conducted an informative discussion regarding in Pag-ibig’s new program.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces the conduct of the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional Levels on:

🗓 August 9, 2026

📌Application Period:
May 14, 2026 – June 10, 2026

📌Target Release of Results:
October 12, 2026

📍 This examination establishes the Register of Eligibles (RoE) for appointment to first and second-level positions in the civil service.
