Under the Executive Order No. 29 it mandates the annual observance of National Disaster Resilience Month every July to shift the country's focus from disaster awareness to proactive resilience building.

Because being ready means being steady. A wave of calmness and assurance that is needed when facing disasters.

Today, we honor the 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 of every filipino that has fought and endured our conquerors to fight for our country's 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺.
