General rule sa batas: OO. kailangan magbigay ng 30 days advance notice para sa maayos na turnover.

Pero alam mo ba na may mga pagkakataon na pinapayagan ang immediate resignation?
-Malubhang pambabastos o hindi makataong pagtrato ng employer
-Seryosong banta sa kalusugan o kaligtasan
-Paglabag sa batas sa paggawa (tulad ng hindi pagpapasahod)
(Batay sa Article 300 ng Labor Code)

Here’s what you need to know to avoid the most common mistakes:
1. The Signatory Must Appear in Person
You cannot send someone else to notarize a document for you. The notary must see you sign it.
⚖️ Rule: A notary cannot notarize if the signatory is not personally present or not properly identified (Section 2(b), Rule IV, Notarial Rules).
✅ What to do: Appear in person and sign before the notary.
2. A Valid ID is Required
The notary must verify your identity. Expired or unofficial IDs are not accepted.
✅ Accepted IDs: Passport, Driver’s License, PRC ID, UMID.
3. No Blank or Incomplete Documents
A notary cannot notarize blank or incomplete documents. Everything must be filled out before notarization.
⚖️ Rule: Notaries cannot notarize blank or incomplete documents (Section 6, Rule IV, Notarial Rules).
✅ What to do: Make sure all details are complete before going to the notary.
