Comeros, Officer-in-Charge of Ginatilan Fire Station, successfully conducted the Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP) Seminar 2026 in Ginatilan, Cebu.

The activity focused on the formulation of a Community Fire Protection Plan (CFPP) and the establishment of a Community Fire Auxiliary Group (CFAG), aimed at strengthening community-based fire prevention, preparedness, and response capabilities. Participants were oriented on fire safety strategies, risk reduction measures, and the importance of active community involvement in ensuring a safer and more resilient barangay.

The seminar highlights the commitment of the Bureau of Fire Protection in empowering communities through knowledge, coordination, and proactive fire safety initiatives under the Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan program.
