Today July 9,2026 marks a historic milestone for Talisay National High School and the entire community of Barangay Talisay as we celebrate the Capsule Laying Ceremony for the construction of our long-awaited Multipurpose Covered Court.
This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the dedication, commitment, and tireless efforts of our hardworking and proactive Barangay Captain Renato M. Polinar, whose vision and perseverance turned this dream into reality for our community.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Barangay Council and to the Talisay National High School Staff for their unwavering support and for never missing an opportunity to help make this project possible. Your unity and commitment to serving the community are truly inspiring.
Our sincerest appreciation also goes to our very active Congresswoman Atty. Karen Lagbas , for her invaluable support and commitment to the people of the First District. After many years of waiting, this long-cherished dream is finally becoming a reality because of your dedication and genuine concern for the welfare of our students and constituents.
May this Multipurpose Covered Court serve as a symbol of hope, progress, and unity. It will provide a safe and meaningful space for learning, sports, school activities, and community gatherings for generations to come.
We hope that every student, teacher, parent, and every member of the Barangay Talisay community will cherish, protect, and make the most of this wonderful blessing. Together, let us continue working hand in hand toward a brighter future for Talisay National High School and our beloved community.
