IMPORMASYON AT EDUKASYON PARA SA MGA PERSONEL (PIE)

Isinagawa ang Impormasyon at Edukasyon para sa mga Personel (PIE) para sa mga personel ng Gingoog City Jail, na nakatuon sa kalusugang pangkaisipan, personal na kapakanan, at muling pagbibigay-diin sa mga Memorandum Circular at mga alituntunin ng Jail.

Isinagawa ang aktibidad sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ni JSINSP RENE MICHAEL B GUANGCO, Acting City Jail Warden.

As part of Gingoog City Jail’s commitment to promoting mental health and ensuring the well-being of every Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL), a Su***de Prevention Orientation and Counseling is conducted for every newly committed PDL. The activity provides essential awareness, emotional support, and guidance to help them cope with the challenges of their new environment.

The activity is conducted by Jail Psychometrician, JO1 Trizia B Elumba, under the supervision of JSINSP RENE MICHAEL B GUANGCO.

In partnership with City Health Office, we provided essential health services to Persons Deprived of Liberty, promoting early detection and accessible healthcare behind bars. 💙 Healthy PDL, Healthy Jail.

🩺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹

𝙂𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙜 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙅𝙖𝙞𝙡, in partnership with the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐠, conducted a Mass Health Screening for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) as part of the continuing efforts to promote early detection, disease prevention, and accessible healthcare services behind the walls.

The activity included essential health screening services, including chest X-ray examinations, helping ensure that potential health concerns, particularly infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, are identified early for appropriate intervention and care.

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of BJMP and its healthcare partners to building a safer, healthier, and more humane environment for both PDL and personnel.

The activity was conducted under the supervision of Acting City Jail Warden, 𝗝𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗘𝗟 𝗕 𝗚𝗨𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗖𝗢
