LOOK: Just today we are hosting the Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) together with our nearby municipalities — Balangiga, Quinapondan, and Lawaan.

The rationale of the program is clear: LPRAP serves as a collaborative platform where local government units, civil society organizations, and community representatives come together to identify priority projects that directly address poverty in our communities. By aligning local needs with national resources, the program ensures that development initiatives are inclusive, participatory, and responsive to the real challenges faced by our people.

This joint effort strengthens inter-municipal cooperation, empowers communities to voice their needs, and builds sustainable solutions that uplift lives across Eastern Samar.
