Sa ilang malampusong pag-graduate karon adlawa sa Executive Education Program for Young Legislators, usa ka partnership tali sa National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) ug Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), nga gipahigayon sa National University of Singapore.

Gikan sa 100 ka mga partisipante nga nagrepresentar sa nagkalain-laing bahin sa Pilipinas, tulo lamang ang nagrepresentar sa Region X, usa gikan sa Camiguin ug duha gikan sa Misamis Oriental, nga mao sila Mayor April Rose Dablio ug SB Member Nicole C. Velasco sa Gitagum. Usa kini ka talagsaong dungog alang sa lungsod tungod kay si Mayor Dablio mao lamang ang Municipal Mayor nga nakaapil gikan sa tibuok Pilipinas, samtang si SB Member Nicole Velasco mao lamang ang Municipal Councilor gikan sa Misamis Oriental nga nakapadayon ug nakahuman sa maong programa.
