The Cagayan State University – Gonzaga Campus respectfully requests your assistance in encouraging qualified youth in your barangay to enroll in the Diploma in Agricultural Technology (DAT) program.
The DAT is a three-year diploma program, consisting of two (2) years of academic instruction and one (1) year of On-the-Job Training (OJT), designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed in the agricultural sector.
Under the scholarship program, each scholar is entitled to a total assistance package amounting to ₱14,500.00 per semester, broken down as follows:

• Free Tuition Fee
• Free Miscellaneous and Other School Fees
• Accident Insurance – ₱100.80
• Workshop Uniform – ₱500.00
• Instructional Materials – ₱5,000.00
• Training Support Fund – ₱9,000.00 (₱100/day allowance)

Please be informed that applications and enrollment is extended until July 31, 2026. We therefore encourage interested and qualified youth to submit their requirements as soon as possible.

National Competency Assessment in Animal Health Care and Management NC III and Rice Machinery Operations NC II
From CSU-Sanchez Mira to CSU-Gonzaga.

Diploma in Agricultural Technology (DAT) scholars from Cagayan State University –Sanchez Mira recently completed the National Competency Assessment in Rice Machinery Operations NC II and Animal Health Care and Management NC III at Cagayan State University -Gonzaga on July 4-7, 2026.

These competency assessments are another meaningful milestone in their journey toward becoming highly skilled agricultural professionals. It provided them with the opportunity to showcase their knowledge, strengthen their practical skills, and demonstrate the competencies required by the industry. With these nationally recognized certifications, they are now better prepared to pursue meaningful careers and contribute to the continued growth and development of the agricultural sector.

Another successful assessment in Rice Machinery Operations NC II from Mercedes Integrated Farm under the Training for Work Scholarship Program(TWSP) conducted by the accredited assessors, Mr. Gerald Seridon and Ms. Gladys Sabaliones on July 4-6, 2026 at Cagayan State University -Gonzaga.

National Competency Assessment in Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II

On July 4–5, 2026, Cagayan State University – Gonzaga successfully conducted the National Competency Assessment in Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II, facilitated by Mr. Nonito Pattugalan.

The assessment was participated in by the Diploma in Agricultural Technology scholars under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA) as part of their curriculum.

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our AC Manager/CEO, Dr. Froilan A. Pacris Jr., whose leadership continues to inspire excellence, and our sincere appreciation to our Campus TVET Coordinator, Dr. Vincent Jim Palor, for his guidance, dedication, and commitment to making this assessment a success.

Cagayan State University–Gonzaga proudly conducted the first-ever assessment in the newly opened Assessment Center for Animal Production (Poultry–Chicken) NC II.

First two batches of Diploma in Agricultural Technology under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act(UAQTEA) scholars successfully passed the national competency assessment in Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II conducted by Mr. Nonito Pattugalan on May 23-24, 2026 at Cagayan State University -Gonzaga.

This assessment highlights the institution’s commitment to quality technical education, industry-ready training, and excellence in agricultural development.

National Competency Assessment in Bookkeeping NC III conducted by MS. Maria Corazon Anastacia Muñiz, CPA with the presence of the TESDA Representative Hiacinth Bacanion May 23, 2026 at Cagayan State University- Gonzaga.

Scholars of Diploma in Agricultural Technology(DAT) under Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act(UAQTEA) from CSU Gonzaga successfully passed the national competency assessment in Animal health care and management NC III administered by the accredited assessors, Mr. Ric Balinoyos and Mr. Erwin Chavente on May 1-3, 2026 at Cagayan State University -Gonzaga.

The Animal Health Care and Management NC III assessment highlights the competency, skills, and readiness of candidates in delivering proper animal care and management.
