The ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region 3 will hold a ๐—™๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—˜ ๐—ง๐—ฅ๐—”๐—œ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š about ๐๐‡๐ ๐–๐ž๐› ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐…๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค: ๐‚๐จ๐๐ž๐ˆ๐ ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ’ (๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ž) on September 19 until 22, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
One of the DICT's mandates is to promote digital literacy, ICT expertise, and knowledge-building among citizens to enable them to participate and compete in an evolving ICT age. Thus, as the training arm of the DICT, ILCDB develops and implements ICT literacy and competency development programs to harness the competitiveness of the current and future workforce and marginalized and special needs sectors towards an ICT-enabled society.
