Please be informed that the eBIR Forms Svstem is currently unavailable due to technical issues, effective August 10, 2026, until further notice.

In view of the unavailability, taxpayers may file their tax returns manually in accordance with Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 87-2024.

📋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐀𝐗 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐒 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐀𝐗 𝐃𝐔𝐄:
For returns with tax due, kindly print the accomplished tax return, attach the advisory issued on August 10, 2026, and proceed with payment through the Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) or any available online payment channels.

For returns with no payment, kindly save the filed return in PDF Format and email it to the following email addresses:

(There is no need to personally visit RDO 25B East Bulacan)

ℹ️ Once the eBIRForms System is restored, taxpayers who manually filed their tax returns during the period of system unavailability are required to electronically file and submit the same tax returns through the eBlRForms System.

Taxpayers must ensure that they receive the corresponding Tax Return Receipt Confirmation (TRRC) as proof of successful electronic filing and submission.

Subject: Providing Extension of the Deadlines for the Filing of Tax Returns and Payment of Corresponding Taxes Due Thereon, Including Submission of Required Documents for Taxpayers within the Jurisdiction of Revenue District Offices of the Bureau of Internal Revenue that were Affected by the Continued Heavy Rainfall brought about by Southwest Monsoon

In view of the continued heavy rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm Maymay and the Southwest Monsoon, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), work in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Abra, Zambales, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Nueva Vizcaya, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro are hereby suspended on 06 August 2026.

Agencies delivering essential and emergency services shall continue their operations. The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
