The Guimbal Municipal Police Station under the direct supervision of PCPT ALBERTO V MANGUILIMOTAN JR, OIC and PLTSANDY J TIWANA, Deputy COP participated in a Eucharistic Celebration held at the station on March 27, 2026, commencing at about 8:00 AM. The service was presided by Rev. Pastor Verdiking Russell Gayoma, MAGTD Chairman.

During the spiritual session, Rev. Gayoma delivered a message centered on “Respect for Civil Authority”, emphasizing the divine and social responsibility of law enforcement officers to serve with intigrety and humility.

This initiative is a key component of the Mentoring 3.0 Programs, which seeks to cultivate leadership “from the heart” Furthermore, the activity aligns with the PNP Revitalized Internal Cleansing Program, aimed at the continuous development and upliftment of the moral, spiritual, and ethical values of all PNP personnel. The strengthening of these core values is fundamental to the realization of the PNP Patrol Plan 2030. The activity was conducted in a solemn and orderly manner, concluding successfully at 9:00 AM.

MAG-PTD 1st REGULAR MEETING | CY 2026

February 18, 2026 | The Guimbal Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD), headed by Rev. Ptr. Verdiking Russell Gayoma, MAGPTD Chairperson, successfully conducted its 1st Regular Meeting for CY 2026 at Guimbal Training Center, Guimbal Gymnasium, Gerona St., Guimbal, Iloilo.

The discussion focused on the Calendar of Activities for this year, highlighting the group’s commitment to strengthening its advisory role and supporting the PNP’s transformation initiatives.

The meeting was also graced by Mr. Sammy and Mrs. Veronica Insular from the Business Sector, who, on behalf of the Guimbal Chamber of Commerce, awarded their two donated handheld radios to the Guimbal Municipal Police Station under the active leadership of PLT SANDY J TIWANA, Officer-in-Charge.
