• Maximum of 15 players per team
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
• Each team must consist of 15 members only, with participant names submitted upon registration.
• Each team must have a muse and prepare for a dance showdown
• Teams must submit their lineup on or before March 29, 2026
• Other details including the rules and regulations will be discussed on the opening program.

• Season MVP: ₱1,000 Cash + Medal + Certificate
• Mythical Five: Medal + Certificate
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Once submitted, the OFFICIAL LINE-UP cannot be changed.
• At least 10 players per team are required to attend the opening program.
• Respect referees, officials, and opponents at all times.
