Good Day!
From the office of the College of Technology, the Dean made the pronouncement regarding the distribution of modules, which are set to indefinitely for the following reason:
1. The school administration is finalizing the limited face-to-face classes for the second and third-year levels in all major subjects only.
2. The said modules are still waiting to be delivered to our campus as the main campus (Borongan) is the one in charge of the production of the General Education (Gen Ed) or Minor Subjects. For Major Subjects, the subject teacher in charge is still ongoing. The production is expected to be completed this month or later in April.
3. Lastly, retrofitting the classroom is still in its final stages for the limited face-to-face classes.
Rest assured that the distribution of your modules is set to be done as soon as possible, likewise the limited face-to-face also. Bear in mind that the campus is working hard to establish this new normal procedure or protocol that is undetermined due to the following agencies: CHED, IATF, LGU, and BOR, which need to acquire/secure the documents needed.
In the meantime, the subject teacher will reach out to you through their respected group chat (GC) to give you the initial activity/learning materials available for you to be productive while waiting for the said modules and limited face-to-face classes.

Good afternoon. This is to inform all COT students that the schedule of enrolment for the 2nd Semester S.Y. 2021-2022 will be this coming week from February 7-11 with the following specific dates of schedule: First Year - February 7; Second Year - February 8; Third Year - February 9; Fourth Year - February 10; Shiftees, Transferees, Returnees - February 11. You are expected to come to the campus only on your scheduled date of enrolment. Bring with you pertinent documents especially your personal copy of your Evaluation Sheet. Please be guided accordingly.
