𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐖𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐞: 𝐃𝐀𝐑 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

To ensure the achievement of this year’s targets for the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project for the remaining quarter, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Quezon II Provincial Office conducted a Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers (MARPOs) Meeting for the 3rd Quarter Assessment and Strategic Planning.

During the first part of the meeting, the MARPOs discussed the legal concerns they encountered in their respective municipalities. They shared their practices and experiences in addressing these issues, with guidance from the Legal Division.

Afterward, the updated status of redocumentation, surveys, and completed landholdings was presented. The MARPOs consolidated the data and discussed strategies on how to achieve the remaining targets for the SPLIT Project.

OIC-PARPO II Ma. Gemma A. Esguerra expressed her gratitude to all MARPOs and staff who continue to work hard in achieving the targets. She also reminded everyone to continue working not only to achieve this year’s targets but also to surpass them whenever possible.

Meanwhile, OIC-PARPO I Engr. Marvin C. Labao reminded the MARPOs to monitor and check the farm machinery and equipment provided to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs).

In addition, Chief Administrative Officer Josefina L. Bio shared updates regarding the upcoming assessment under the SPLIT Program, as well as other administrative matters.

The MARPOs also presented their accomplishments for the third quarter and shared practices from their respective municipalities that helped them achieve their targets.

The meeting was not only about assessing the accomplishments of the past quarter but also served as a venue to strengthen the unity and cooperation among the MARPOs and staff in achieving the targets of DAR Quezon II, particularly for the SPLIT Project.

Tuloy-tuloy ang pagsasagawa ng land survey ng DAR Quezon II Project SPLIT Survey Team sa pangunguna ni Engr. Ian Aristeus A. Logmao. Nagtungo ang survey team sa Brgy. Pinagsakayan at Tiniguiban, Calauag Quezon na may kabuuang sukat na 33.3886 ektarya.

Sa pamamagitan ng programang ito, inaasahang mapapabilis ang pagproseso ng Approved Subdivision Plan (ASP), na magiging malaking hakbang sa pagtupad sa mga target ng Project SPLIT.

DAR Quezon II shows its support for Ang Himaya of PUP Lopez and The Collegium of PUP Mulanay by conducting a film screening of the 2026 Pelikulagraryo entries, featuring the stories of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) Rogelio Cuevas of Mulanay, Quezon, and Marcelo V. Capanzana of Lopez, Quezon, as well as the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organization (ARBO), Cawayan II Multi-Purpose Cooperative of San Francisco, Quezon.

This year's PelikulAgraryo carries the theme, "Tinig ng Lupang Malaya: Kwento at Aral-Agraryo, Butil na Pamana sa Kabataan" which highlights the stories of agrarian reform beneficiaries how it passes their valuable lessons on to the next generation.

Sa kabila ng maulang panahon, tuloy-tuloy ang isinasagawang land survey para sa Project SPLIT ng DAR Quezon II Survey Team sa pangunguna ni Engr. Ian Aristeus A. Logmao sa Lopez, Quezon, na layuning mapabilis ang proseso ng pagkakaroon ng approved subdivision plan ng mga benepisyaryo at magsilbing daan tungo sa pagkakaroon nila ng indibidwal na titulo, bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusulong ng DAR Quezon II sa mas mabilis at maayos na proseso ng SPLIT Project.

GUMACA, QUEZON — Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap na mapalakas, mapabilis, at maging mas episyente ang serbisyo ng Project Support for the Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling Project (SPLIT), nagsagawa ng pagpupulong ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Quezon II Provincial Office para sa mas maayos na koordinasyon sa mga isasagawang redocumentation at survey activities.

Pinangunahan ni CARPO-LTID Veronica M. Otcharan ang pagpupulong na dinaluhan ng mga Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers (MARPOs), Redocumentation and Completion Team (RCTs), at Technical Staff ng DAR Quezon II.

Tinalakay sa pagpupulong ang mga kinakailangang hakbang at koordinasyon para sa pagsasagawa ng redocumentation at survey operations, na mahalagang bahagi sa pagpapatuloy ng proseso ng parcelization at individual land titling sa ilalim ng Project SPLIT.

Binigyang-diin din ang kahalagahan ng maayos na pagpaplano, koordinasyon, at pagtutulungan ng mga field personnel at technical staff upang matiyak ang mabilis at maayos na pagsasagawa ng mga aktibidad sa mga target na lugar.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga ganitong hakbang, patuloy na isinusulong ng DAR Quezon II ang layunin ng Project SPLIT na mapabilis ang proseso ng land parcelization at pagbibigay ng indibidwal na land titles sa mga kwalipikadong agrarian reform beneficiaries.

Sa sama-samang pagkilos ng mga MARPOs, RCTs, at Technical Staff, inaasahang mas mapapahusay pa ang paghahatid ng serbisyo at maisulong ang mas episyente at maagap na pagpapatupad ng repormang agraryo sa Quezon II.

Lungsod ng Lucena - Isang mahalagang yugto sa pagpapatupad ng Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (Project SPLIT) ang muling naabot ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Quezon II matapos mapagkalooban ng 104 electronic land titles (e-Titles) ang 104 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) na sumasaklaw sa 141.8224 ektarya ng lupang agrikultural sa nakaraang Regionwide Distribution of Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs), SPLIT e-Titles, Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCRoMs), at Farm Machinery and Equipment na ginanap noong Hulyo 21, 2026.

Sa pamamagitan ng Project SPLIT, ang mga dating kolektibong Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) ay naipaparsela at naipagkakaloob bilang mga indibidwal na titulo nang walang anumang bayarin sa mga benepisyaryo, dahil dito, nagkakaroon sila ng mas malinaw at mas matatag na katibayan ng kanilang pagmamay-ari ng lupa.

Patuloy namang isinusulong ng DAR Quezon II ang pagpapatupad ng Project SPLIT upang matiyak na ang lahat ng kuwalipikadong benepisyaryo ay magkaroon ng sariling indibidwal na titulo, bilang bahagi ng layunin ng ahensya na higit pang mapatatag ang karapatan ng mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries sa kanilang mga lupang sinasaka.

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Sa ika-limang State of the Nation Address ni Pangulong Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., tampok ang mga programa at benepisyong ipinagkakaloob ng pamahalaan, sa pamamagitan ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), para sa mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).

Sa patuloy na paghahatid ng serbisyo ng pamahalaan at ng DAR sa pangunguna ni Secretary Conrado Estrella III, muling tiniyak ng Pangulo ang patuloy na pamamahagi ng mga titulo ng lupa sa mga benepisyaryo. Inaasahan din ang pagpapatuloy ng pagpapawalang-bisa ng mga utang ng mga ARBs upang mabigyan sila ng higit na seguridad sa pagmamay-ari ng lupa at makalaya sa pasanin ng pagkakautang.

Dela Cruz mula sa Tagkawayan, Quezon isa sa mga nakatanngap ng e-Titles sa ginanap na Regionwide Distribution ng Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), SPLIT e-Titles, Certificate of Condonation and Release of Mortgage (CoCRoM) and Farm Machinery and Equipmen noong Hulyo 21, 2026 sa Lungsod Lucena.
