The DAR Quezon II Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) of Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) recently conducted a Planning Workshop ahead of CY 2026.

After a successful 2025, the DAR Quezon II SPLIT-PPMO is gearing up for another year of the implementation of SPLIT Project in the 3rd and 4th Districts of Quezon Province.

Led by OIC-PARPO II and Provincial Project Manager Ma. Gemma A. Esguerra, the SPLIT-PPMO strategized for a more efficient and dynamic approach of the SPLIT Project in the respective municipalities. By utilizing the data from the previous year, as well as feedback from each technical field personnel, DAR Quezon II has finalized the plans to achieved the targets for this year.

DAR Quezon II is committed in upholding the mandates of department in serving the stakeholders and uplifting the lives of our agrarian beneficiaries. This planning workshop is necessary in order to ensure the effective delivery of the agency's services to the public.

Sariaya, Quezon โ€“ The DAR Quezon II SPLIT Project Team as well as Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers (MARPOs), recently attended the Project Management Direction-Setting and Capacity Building for Impactful Implementation of SPLIT Project held at Seves Hotel and Resort on January 28-31.

The DAR IV-A CALABARZON, headed by Regional Director Cupido Gerry D. Asuncion and Asst. Regional Director Atty Rexie M. Maristela, initiated the said activity to assess and evaluate of the current situation of the SPLIT Project and finalize the targets and Annual Work Plan and Budget of the Region for CY 2026. The accomplishments and milestones from CY 2025 achieved by the DARRO IV-A was also highlighted.

In addition with the direction-setting, DARRO IV-A also conducted a cascading of DAR Coreโ€™s Competencies: Delivering Service Excellence, Exemplifying Integrity and Personal Effectiveness. With the speakers RCAO Helen Paule and CAO Myra Cagungun, the participants were capacitated on these competencies which should be observed and demonstrated in the workplace. Developed by the Agrarian Reform Capacity Development Services (ARCDS), these core competencies are designed to enhance public service delivery and provide superior client assistance.

The four-day activity ended on a high note by giving certificates to all completers of the said activity. It is expected that DARRO IV-A and all Provincial Offices will shift into high gear to reach the targets set and beyond to help uplift the lives of the agrarian beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Ang mga newly hired na personnel na Technical Staff ay magiging katuwang mga Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Offices sa DAR Quezon II upang mas mapadali at maayos ang pagsasagawa ng mga gawain sa SPLIT Project. Nagbigay ng mainit na pagtanggap at pagbati si CAO Josefina L. Bio sa mga newly hired personnel.

Sa kabilang banda naman, inilahad ni CARPO Veronica M. Otcharan ang mga accomplishment ng nakaraang taon at mga targets ng bawat bayan para sa 2026. Nagbigay naman ng isang lecture si Engr. Ian Aristeus Logmao para sa tamang pamamaraan ng dokumentasyon at wastong pamamaraan sa land surveying, geo tagging, pagtukoy ng mohon at iba pa.

Under the leadership of Regional Director Gerry Cupido Asuncion and Asst. RD Atty Rexie M. Maristela, the 4-day activity aims to evaluate and assess the overall performance of the SPLIT Project in the region last year. Moreover, a planning session with each component was held ahead of CY 2026.

Layunin ng pagpupulong na talakayin at balikan ang mga natitirang accomplishments ng Project SPLIT ngayong CY 2025. Sinamantala rin ang pagkakataong ito upang magbigay ng taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng Redocumentation and Completion Team members at mga support staff na naging mahalagang bahagi ng tagumpay ng Project SPLIT sa mga nagdaang taon.
