CONSISTENCY IN SERVICE: THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN SESSIONS

Public service is a commitment that requires both heart and presence. Throughout our Regular Sessions for February and March 2026, we have remained steadfast in our duty at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zambales.

Presence is Accountability. Being "Always Present" isn't just about attendance—it’s about ensuring that the 2nd District of Zambales has a consistent voice in every debate, every resolution, and every policy-making decision.

The Purpose of Our Regular Sessions:

• Policy Formulation: Crafting ordinances that directly address the evolving needs of our province.

• Budgetary Oversight: Ensuring that provincial funds are allocated transparently and effectively for public programs.

• Community Representation: Bringing the local concerns of our constituents to the provincial floor for immediate action.

• Progressive Governance: Aligning our local laws with the vision of a more vibrant and sustainable Zambales.
