The PRMSU ROTC Unit under the supervision of MAJ ROLEX E ESTELLA PA (RES), Commandant together with the 306th Community Defense Center headed by MAJ ERWIN O LAHOT (INF) PA, Director of 306th CDC, 3RCDG, RESCOM PA facilitated the Kick Off Ceremony of the National ROTC Month 2024 with a theme "Empowering our Future Leaders and a defenders for a Better Tomorrow" at President Ramon Magsaysay State University.

This occasion highlights the vital role played by the ROTC program in instilling a sense of nationalism and patriotism in our young cadets. As an integral part of the National Service Training Program in higher education institutions, ROTC prepares college students to serve as reservist and future officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, ready to assist in humanitarian aid and disaster response efforts.The PRMSU Reserve Officers' Training Corps is taking part in National ROTC Month celebrations with a lot of excitement.

LOOK// First day of Water Search and Rescue Training 2022.

The 306 Community Defense Center led by 2LT CEE JAY P ZALAVARRIA (CE) PA, Deputy Director facilitated the First Day of WASART 2022 with PSMS Romer A Saribay, Operation PNCO of Zambales MARPSTA as Guest Lecturer held at H306CDC Zone IV, Iba Zambales.

The said activity was conducted to provide the students fundamentals of Basic Water Search and Rescue Techniques in offensive rescue situation involving floods and to develop/enhance disaster preparedness and response capacity of local responders for flooding/landslide incident.

LOOK // On September 17, 2022, the team Alpha Company of 306 Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion led by 2LT SAMUEL A BUGAYONG PA (RES) Company Commander participated CITY WIDE CLEANUP DRIVE 2022 together with LGU Olongapo, BJMP, PNP, BFP, Gordon, College Students, Various Runners Club, UNO Radio Com and Various Barangays conducted at Parola kalaklan beach and Driftwood Barretto Beach Olongapo City.

The visit aims to discuss the propose Special Basic Citizen Military Training (BCMT) to qualified citizen-volunteers who desired to become members of the Reserve Force, Philippine Army from different barangays of San Marcelino Zambales.

On September 21, 2022, 2LT CEE JAY P ZALAVARRIA (CE) PA, Deputy Director of 306 CDC, 3RCDG, RESCOM, PA together with LTC WILMA BILLMAN SC PA (RES) Battalion Commander of 306RRIBn presented the 306 CDC Information Briefing and the propose Special Basic Military Training (SBCMT) to qualified citizen-volunteers who desired to become members of the Reserve Force, Philippine Army from different barangays within the Area of Resposibility of Castillejos, Zambales during the Sangunihang Bayan Regular Session.
