The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office headed by Mr. Rolex E. Estella, in coordination with the Office of Civil Defense Region lll, has successfully conducted the 5-day ALL- HAZARDS INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM (AHIMT) Training on May 11-15, 2026 at Subic Bay View Diamond Hotel.

Participants from the MDRRMO Masinloc, MDRRMO Iba, MDRRMO Cabangan, MDRRMO San Narciso, MDRRMO San Antonio, MDRRMC San Marcelino, Olongapo CDRRMO, ZPPO, BFP, DILG and from Municipality of Licab, Nueva Ecija. They were immersed in the practical application of Incident Command System (ICS) concepts through scenario-based exercises.

‎The AHIMT Training Course is the final level of the four-tiered ICS ladderized program. It aims to further enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Incident Management Team (IMT) members, fostering teamwork and cohesion toward a more effective and well-coordinated disaster response.

Likewise, this training was conducted in adherence to the objectives of our Governor Hermogenes E Ebdane, Jr., as our Responsible Official, to capacitate every member of the P/MDRRMC and other stakeholders to make Zambales a disaster resilient province having a proactive approach in times of eventualities.

May posibilidad na mawalan ng kuryente mamayang 7:00 𝐏𝐌 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 9:00 𝐏𝐌 sa mga bayan ng 𝐈𝐛𝐚, 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐢𝐠, 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜, 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳.

Sa sandaling hindi mag-stabilize ang supply ng kuryente, maaaring magpatupad ng rotational brownout o Manual Load Dropping. Ito ay ayon sa 𝐍𝐆𝐂𝐏.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na maghanda at ugaliing magtipid sa paggamit ng kuryente upang makatulong sa pagpapanatili ng sapat at matatag na suplay ng kuryente sa sistema.

Under the leadership of HON. GOVERNOR HERMOGENES E. EBDANE, JR., PDRRMC Chairperson, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office headed by Mr. Rolex E. Estella, in coordination with the Office of Civil Defense Region lll, conducted Emergency Operation Center(EOC) Training participated by the members of the Provincial DRRM Council (PDRRMC) and Provincial Government Offices responsible for response operations during disasters and emergencies, the training was conducted at Subic Bay View Diamond Hotel.

The activity gathered members of the Provincial DRRM Council (PDRRMC) and Provincial Government Offices responsible for disaster response operations, strengthening operational readiness and reinforcing unified command for faster and more effective emergency management across the province.

Under the expertise and knowledge of our instructors, Thirty-One (31) participants had successfully completed and graduated from the said training.

Under the leadership of HON. GOVERNOR HERMOGENES E. EBDANE, JR., PDRRMC Chairperson, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office headed by Mr. Rolex E. Estella, in coordination with the Office of Civil Defense Region lll, conducted Basic Incident Command System (BICS) Training participated by the members of the Provincial DRRM Council (PDRRMC) and Provincial Government Offices responsible for response operations during disasters and emergencies, the training was conducted at Subic Bay View Diamond Hotel.

This training provides the basic principles and features of ICS in obtaining the knowledge, skills and attitude that are essential for the application of its basic concepts in any disaster situation.

Under the expertise and knowledge of our instructors, Thirty-Eight (38) participants had successfully completed and graduated from the said training.

Matagumpay na naisagawa ang 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) sa Mababang Paaralan ng Amungan ngayong ika-12 ng Marso taong 2026.

Ang aktibidad ay pinangunahan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Zambales sa pamamagitan ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office sa pamumuno ni G. Rolex E. Estella katuwang ang Mababang Paaralan ng Amungan sa pangunguna ni G. Arnel F. Rosal na nilahukan naman ng 720 mag-aaral, g**o, magulang, at mga non-teaching staff.

Inanyayahan din bilang evaluator ang Municipal DRRM Office – Iba, na pinangunahan ni G. Arthur Jay Enriquez, at ng Bureau of Fire Protection – Iba, sa pangunguna ni FO3 EUMER DAN DALUSONG.

Ang nasabing drill ay isinagawa upang mapagtibay ang kaalaman at kasanayan ng mga estudyante at g**o, gayundin ang kasalukuyang plano na mayroon ang eskwelahan.

1st Quarter Provincial Peace and Order and Public Safety Cluster Meeting

The 1st Quarter Joint Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC), and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) Meeting was successfully conducted at Balin Sambali, Zambales Sports Complex, Iba, Zambales on 11 March 2026. The said meeting was chaired by HON. HERMOGENES E. EBDANE, JR., Governor and PPOC, PADAC, PTF-ELCAC, and PDRRMC Chairperson.

The discussion includes the topic on:
1. Threats on Terrorism and Insurgency and Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict;
2. Foreign Interference and Malign Influence;
3. Peace and Order in Zambales;
4. BFP Accomplishments;
5. Status of Anti-Illegal Drug Programs and Activities;
6. Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Programs, Projects and Activities;
7. PPOC, PADAC, and PTF-ELCAC Accomplishments, and;
8. Updates from the Department of the Interior and Local Government - Zambales.

One of the presenters was MR. ROLEX E. ESTELLA, PGDH - PDRRMO. He discussed the significant accomplishment of the PDRRMC, as well as the proactive measures of the province in mitigating disasters.
