𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐌𝐎 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 | 𝗭𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗞𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗦 𝗢𝗙𝗙 126𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗟 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗬

The Provincial Government of Zambales officially kicked off the celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary this September with a Flag Raising Ceremony facilitated by the President Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital.

The ceremony was attended by Board Members Hon. Rundstedt “Rundy” C. Ebdane, Hon. Carol Guevarra, Hon. Athena Tarongoy, and BM Nestor Pacheco together with the Provincial Government Department Heads and employees.

Ms. Gamelia Datugan presented the rationale behind this year’s theme, “Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” highlighting the importance of serving the Filipino people with compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Representing Governor Hermogenes E. Ebdane Jr., Board Member Rundy Ebdane delivered a message reminding every public servant that: “The true value of public service is not measured by the title, but by the service that reaches the people and the community.” He emphasized that genuine public service is rooted in humility, dedication, and a sincere commitment to making a difference in the lives of others—values that, as he shared, have been taught and exemplified by Governor Ebdane and serve as his guide in public service.

He concluded his message with a powerful reminder: “Excellence is not an act, but a habit.”

As Zambales joins the nation in celebrating Civil Service Month, may every public servant continue to lead with heart, honor, and excellence—always putting the people at the heart of public service.
