BUWAN NG KASUOTANG PILIPINO 🇵🇭

Ngayong unang Lunes ng Agosto, aming ipinagdiwang ang Buwan ng Kasuotang Pilipino sa Barangay Jovellar, Igbaras.

Lahat ng mga itinalaga at halal na opisyal ng aming barangay ay nakilahok, kasama ang mga magulang at kabataan ng Jovellar Day Care Center, alinsunod sa pamahalaang lokal ng Igbaras.

Marami ang natuwa sa kanilang magaganda at magagarang kasuotan. Higit sa lahat, ipinagdiriwang din namin dito ang pagmamalaki at pagpapahalaga sa sariling kasuotang Pilipino.

Ang mga nagwagi sa patimpalak ng Pinakamagandang Kasuotang Pilipino ay tumanggap ng gantimpalang salapi mula sa aming mga halal na opisyal.

Taos-puso kaming nagpapasalamat kina Ginoong Kim Joseph Ferrer, Ginang Emilia Siacor, Ginang Jovana Eucogco, at Ginoong Kapitan Joel Estopacia.

Masaya ang lahat sa unang Lunes ng Agosto!
Nawa’y patuloy na maging masaya at maunlad ang aming komunidad.

BARANGAY JOVELLAR SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES 52nd NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION

July 31, 2026 — A day filled with joy, learning, and nourishing food! Barangay Jovellar officially concluded its 52nd Nutrition Month Celebration under the theme “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan”

The celebration was spearheaded by Punong Barangay Joel C. Estopacia together with Barangay Jovellar Council, and DCW Family, bringing together health advocates and local residents for a meaningful culminating activity.

Highlights from Today's Program:

Pinggang Pinoy Talk: Resource Speaker Mrs. Mary Ann E. Cambalo (Population Program Officer I) shared practical tips on nutrition education and balanced diets for everyday meals.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Josefina Elgario and the Igbaras Federation of Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) for bringing smiles, gifts, and wonderful surprises to our daycare preschoolers.

Our dear preschoolers enjoyed a delicious and nutritious supplemental meal prepared especially for them.

Everyone showcased their wonderful talents on stage, with two creative participants taking home the Best in Costumeawards!

Salamat gid sa ating Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), CVOs, daycare teachers, and dedicated parents who worked together to make this celebration a resounding success! 🌾💚
