Balibagan is a mountainous barangay in Igbaras, bounded by barangays Boclod,Buga,Catiringan,Amorogtong and Bongol San Vicente (Guimbal).It can be reached through a Jeepney, a single motorcycle(habal-habal/skylab), or a tricycle. Residents are majority Roman Catholic, celebrating their patronal fiesta on December 29-30 yearly. Institutions found here are; Balibagan Elementary School, Multi-Purpose Stadium, Barangay Hall Complex, and two Catholic chapels dedicated to Our Lady of Salvation.
