Strengthening Educational Partnerships Through Library Collaboration: MOA Signing Between the TESDA-ISAT Library and the ISU Ilagan Campus Library
On May 5, 2026, a significant step toward strengthening institutional collaboration was marked through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the TESDA-ISAT Library and the ISU Ilagan Campus Library. The event took place at the Regional Training Innovation Center of TESDA-ISAT at 9:00 in the morning and was attended by administrators, faculty members, staff, and invited guests from both institutions.
The ceremony was attended by the deans, directors, and staff of ISU Ilagan Campus, reflecting strong institutional support for initiatives that promote academic cooperation and shared access to information resources. Representing ISU President Dr. Boyet L. Batang was Professor Engr. Alfonso R. Simon, PhD, Executive Officer of ISU Ilagan Campus and OIC President of Quirino State University.
Both institutions emphasized their shared commitment to enhancing library services and improving access to learning resources for students, faculty, and researchers.
