The Provincial Assessorโ€™s Office recently held its Regular Monthly Meeting, led by Ms. Zenaida A. Gabriel, Provincial Assessor, alongside Ms. Yulma Marie C. Balabbo, Assistant Provincial Assessor for Operations, and Atty. Jenny Flor T. Manantan-Cabaddu, Assistant Provincial Assessor for Administration. The meeting commenced with a prayer led by Mr. Aaron Joshua Duran, followed by the reading of the minutes of the previous session by Ms. Rowena T. Segui, Local Assessment Operations Officer III.

A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to knowledge sharing, where attendees re-echoed their experiences and key learnings from various seminars they attended. Mr. Stevenson Ross Cureg, Local Assessment Operations Officer II, comprehensively explained his insights from the Provincial and City Treasurers Association of the Philippines (PACTAP) seminar, which focused on the theme โ€œMaximizing Local Fiscal Capacity: Strengthening Revenue Generation through Efficient and Equitable Real Property Taxation and Mobilization of Other Resources,โ€ as well as his seminar on Climate Change. Following this, Ms. Ma. Gracia Preciosa L. Quitalig, Local Assessment Operations Officer II, shared her general learnings from the 19th National Convention & Annual Seminar on Real Property Appraisal and Assessment, centered on the theme โ€œStandardized Real Property Valuation for Transparent, Inclusive, and Sustainable Development.โ€ Finally, Mr. Mark Francis B. Calpito, Administrative Aide III, discussed the Google Workspace workshop conducted by STRAT One, focusing on modernizing administrative workflows. The meeting also included a heartfelt farewell message from Mr. Aaron Joshua Duran and concluded with a productive discussion addressing various office concerns and administrative updates.

The High-Value Commercial Crops (HVCC) Task Force on Mango recently convened for a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) held at the Amphitheater, LGU Tumauini, Isabela on April 14, 2026.

The session was attended by Atty. Jenny Flor T. Manantan-Cabaddu, Team Leader of the HVCC Task Force on Mango. The discussion focused on the operationalization and enhancement of Juicing Production, a vital initiative designed to maximize the economic potential of the province's mango industry.

The team, composed of Mr. Stevenson Ross J. Cureg, Local Assessment Operations Officer III; Mr. Mark Gen S. Siquian, Tax Mapper I, Engr. Ferdinand P. Ramos, Tax Mapper III; Pepito V. Bautista, Tax Mapper II; Angelito P. Garcia, Bookbinder III and Ryan Delgado, Administrative Aide II visited the various sites to inspect the current condition and technical specifications of the properties. This activity ensures that all valuation records are updated and that the reappraisals remain fair, transparent, and compliant with the standards required for government acquisition.
