We still remember the words of the late Engr. Romeo Garcia last year, that CIWD should strive to attain an Unmodified Opinion from the Commission on Audit. Those words inspired us and became one of the goals we worked hard to achieve. Today, for the first time in CIWD’s history, that vision has become a reality.

This achievement is the result of the dedication, teamwork and commitment of the entire CIWD family. Congratulations to the CIWD Board of Directors, Management and all employees. We made it! This milestone is not only a testament to our collective efforts but also a fitting tribute to the legacy of Engr. Garcia whose words continue to guide and inspire us. 🎉🏆🙏💙
