SK Chairperson Christine Mae Navarro presented the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) 2026 of SK Alinguigan 2nd before the honorable members of the Finance Committee of the Sangguniang Panlungsod during the budget deliberation presided over by Hon. Rachel Villanueva held at the SP Hall today.
As part of this council's commitment to promoting the welfare and development of the youth in our barangay, the duly approved ABYIP was thorough crafted to be a comprehensive investment plan that outlines our proposed initiatives, programs, and projects for the year 2026.
The Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan aims to address the various needs and aspirations of our youth population, with a focus on quality education, environmental protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth empowerment and livelihood, health and anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development, culture, and community engagement.
Outlined in the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan, are the priorities and goals of the local government in reaching our goal of a .
