🚨 The Dupax del Norte’s Ordinance on Prohibition of Issuance of Mining Endorsement is DEEMED APPROVED AND VALID — backed by law and Supreme Court precedent. 💪🌱

Here’s the tea:
📌 Under the Local Government Code (Section 56d), the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) has 30 days to review ordinances from the Sangguniang Bayan (SB).
📌 If they don’t act within 30 days?
👉 The ordinance is automatically presumed valid.

The Supreme Court already said this in Acaac vs. Azcuna (2013):
If the SP delays beyond 30 days — the ordinance stands. Period.

Now look at the timeline:
🗓️ Ordinance No. 142, S-2025 (50-year moratorium on mining endorsements)
📨 Submitted to SP: November 5, 2025
⏳ SP disapproval: January 19, 2026

That’s way beyond the 30-day deadline.

Meaning?
