OMPS(Organizein ab Mayor en Politicos Scientia) Action tempered with wisdom builds OMPS. A group of Political Science majors at St. Aljun Dela Pena. Without hesitation, Mr. Having 10 students as pioneer members.

Ferdinand College, Ilagan City, Isabela thought of creating an organization that will help them realize thier visions and aspirations as students of a catholic institution. Serious to their plan, the students brought out their proposition with the class adviser in the name of Mr. Dela Pena gave his strong support to the group. These young men together with their adviser waisted no time and worked

hard to draft a constitution and by-laws as well as the action plan for the whole year. When they succeeded in creating the blueprint of the organization the students forwarded the necessary requirements to the students affairs for its formal recognition. Hence, in year 2003, OMPS(Organizein ab Mayor en Politicos Scientia) was founded. From the onset, OMPS made a distinction by being the only legitimate organization in St. Ferdinand College, Ilagan City, Isabela.
