Katropang Edmar Galingana interviewed SK Chairman Zedrick Dumlao about his innovative projects and the awards received during the recently concluded Gawad Ulirang Kabataan of the Province of Isabela.

Ipinagmalaki ni SK Chairman Zedrick Dumlao ang ilan sa mga proyekto ng SK Baculud, kabilang ang Fire Extinguisher Project, Free HIV Test Screening, at Legal Outreach Program—mga programang naglalayong maging mas ligtas, mas accessible, at mas responsive ang serbisyo para sa kabataan at komunidad.

Natanong din si SK Chairman Zedrick tungkol sa kanyang pananaw sa transparency sa national level at kung ano ang kanyang masasabi sa mga nangyayari sa ating bansa.

6TH GAWAD ULIRANG KABATAAN: Pagkilala sa Natatanging Isabeleño

A VICTORY FOR BACULUD. A VICTORY FOR THE YOUTH.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Baculud, led by SK Chairman Zedrick Dumlao, proudly emerged as the Outstanding SK Barangay Project for Project Fire Safe: Fire Extinguisher sa Bawat Kanto 2025.

The Free HIV Test Screening 2025 was also recognized as a Finalist for Outstanding SK Barangay Project.

These recognitions stand as a testament to what meaningful youth leadership can accomplish. They show that SK programs can go beyond plans and proposals—they can become concrete actions that respond to the needs of the community, promote safety, protect lives, and create lasting impact.

Behind every project is a community that believes, supports, and works together. These awards are therefore not the achievement of one person or one group alone—they are a shared victory for the entire Baculud community.
