The Iligan City Youth Development Office (ICYDO), in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office, conducted an ๐’๐’“๐’Š๐’†๐’๐’•๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ ๐’‡๐’๐’“ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ฎ๐’๐’—๐’†๐’“๐’๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’• ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’•๐’†๐’“๐’๐’”๐’‰๐’Š๐’‘ ๐‘ท๐’“๐’๐’ˆ๐’“๐’‚๐’Ž (๐‘ฐ๐‘ฎ๐‘ฐ๐‘ท) ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’๐’†๐’‡๐’Š๐’„๐’Š๐’‚๐’“๐’Š๐’†๐’”, an initiative of ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ ๐…๐ซ๐ž๐๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ค ๐–. ๐’๐ข๐š๐จ that provides fresh college graduates with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience while contributing their knowledge, skills, and talents to the local government.

As part of the orientation, the IGIP beneficiaries were introduced to important office guidelines, proper workplace decorum, responsibilities, and the doโ€™s and donโ€™ts that every intern is expected to observe throughout the three-month program.

Following the orientation, the beneficiaries proceeded with the contract signing, officially marking the beginning of their three-month journey in government service.

The Iligan Government Internship Program is more than just a temporary employment opportunity. It is a platform where young graduates can gain firsthand workplace experience, develop their skills, build confidence, establish professional connections, and gain a deeper understanding of public service.
