In a continuing effort to modernize civil registration services and make the processing of corrections more efficient and responsive, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Lanao del Norte provided technical expertise during the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (𝐀𝐏𝐂𝐀𝐒), hosted by the Samahan ng mga Rehistrador Sibil ng Lanao del Norte (SARSILA).

The activity was made possible through the initiative and support of SARSILA, demonstrating the value of collaboration between the PSA and local civil registrars in strengthening civil registration services in the province.

𝐏𝐒𝐀 𝟏𝟎 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐒 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐆 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Lanao del Norte contributed 200 tablets to the 500 tablets turned over by PSA Regional Statistical Services Office X (PSA RSSO X) to the Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Gingoog City on 1 September 2026.

The tablets will be used to support the implementation of Khan Academy, giving learners greater access to digital learning resources and interactive educational tools.

As one of the contributors to this initiative, PSA Lanao del Norte joins PSA-10 in strengthening its partnership with DepEd and supporting technology-enabled, accessible, and inclusive learning opportunities for Filipino learners.

On 27 August 2026, Provincial CBMS Coordinating Board (PCCB) and Provincial Statistics Committee (PSC) conducted a joint meeting at the Meeting Room A, Old Capitol Building, Pigcarangan, Tubod Lanao del Norte.

The meeting discussed the CBMS Resource Allocation Tool (RAT) and the budget requirements for the 2027 CBMS implementation across the municipalities of Lanao del Norte. It also emphasized the importance of reliable, timely, and quality data in supporting planning, budgeting, policy formulation, program implementation, and monitoring. The meeting further highlighted the need for continued inter-agency support for PSA statistical and geographic activities, including PPA, PLDS-BRD, Construction Statistics, NSM, Mapping, and SSRCS. Through strengthened collaboration among the Provincial Government, Philippine Statistics Authority, NGAs, and other stakeholders, the PCCB and PSC reaffirmed their commitment to data-driven governance and the effective use of statistics for better planning, informed decisions, and improved outcomes for the people of Lanao del Norte.

HOLIDAY ADVISORY!

Please be informed that the PSA–Civil Registry System (CRS) – Iligan City Outlet will be CLOSED on August 31, 2026 (Monday), in observance of National Heroes Day, a regular holiday pursuant to
Republic Act No.9492.

Meanwhile, National ID Registration Centers located in the City of Iligan and Municipalities of Lanao del Norte will remain OPEN on the said date to continue providing National ID registration and related services.

Regular office operations of the PSA-CRS Iligan City outlet will resume on 01 September 2026.
