Nahaharap ang suspek sa mga kasong paglabag sa Republic Act No. 11930 o Anti-OSAEC and Anti-CSAEM Act, Republic Act No. 10364 o Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act, at Republic Act No. 7610 o Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
