If you have not yet submitted your abstract, we encourage you to submit it before the deadline. Please ensure that all required documents are complete, properly endorsed and follow the conference submission guidelines.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS IS NOW OPEN!

The wait is over! The Call for Abstracts for the 14th DOST-ASTHRDP Graduate Scholars' Conference is now officially open.

The Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI), in collaboration with the National Science Consortium (NSC), invite eligible DOST-ASTHRDP scholars to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.

Scholars are encouraged to prepare and submit their abstracts in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and within the designated submission period.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Please be informed that while the deadline for the Second Semester Call for Applications remains on November 14 (as stated on the website), the official posting of the Call has been temporarily delayed as we await the release of the official memorandum.

We understand the excitement and anticipation of our applicants. However, as part of our standard process, we can only proceed once the memo has been issued. This ensures proper coordination, transparency, and fairness in the distribution of the limited scholarship slots.

In the meantime, you may start the admission process for the graduate programs. Please be reminded that applicants admitted beyond the scholarship deadline will no longer be eligible for scholarship consideration, but may continue with their admission.
