Ayon kay 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗔, ang tagumpay na ito ay bunga ng patuloy na pakikipag-ugnayan ng 24IB sa mga komunidad at lokal na pamahalaan bilang bahagi ng pagsusulong ng pangmatagalang kapayapaan sa Ilocos Sur.
