SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,115 km East of Northern Luzon (19.6°N, 132.1°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:

Occidental Mindoro, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, WESTERN VISAYAS, and Negros Island Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.

The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.

Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will experience moderate to strong winds from the Southwest with moderate to rough seas.
