LOOK: In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Community Support, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, and under the supervision of PCPT FLORANTE B BUHONG, personnel of RECU 2 – PECU Cagayan, led by PSMS Ryan Joy S Tagatac together with PSSg Jaylord G Seguro, and PSSg Ferdinand C Ramos participated in the Pamplona LGU and Cagayan Valley Medical Center Bloodletting Activity held at the Municipal Gymnasium, Barangay Centro, Pamplona, Cagayan in support of the program's advocacy to maintain a stable and adequate blood supply for hospitals and blood banks. Carrying the project tagline, "Darak a Napateg, Idatun ku para iti Gayyem ku nga Ay-ayatek," the initiative encouraged voluntary blood donation as a meaningful act of compassion and community service.

The participation of RECU 2 – PECU Cagayan highlighted the PNP-EOD/K9 Group's commitment to humanitarian service and community engagement by supporting life-saving initiatives that contribute to public health and the welfare of the community.

In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Enhanced Managing Police Operations, personnel of PECU Capiz conducted a SHOCK AND AWE by carrying out thorough paneling and sweeping operation within Roxas City, Capiz.

The activity focused on inspecting identified areas of convergence and vital installations to detect and prevent the presence of any hazardous or explosive materials.

This proactive measure aims to ensure public safety and strengthen security, reinforcing the commitment of the PNP to maintain peace and order at all times.

IN PHOTO || Personnel of Antique PECU conducted Shock and Awe Operation Strategies through intrusive paneling operation, foot patrol and police presence at the designated area. This action seeks to guarantee that the safety precautions at the preferred location are in place and to prevent any atrocities or Explosive Related Incidents (ExRIs) that could possibly occur. The activity conclude no HazMats and ExMats were found during the police operations.

In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Community Support, personnel of PECU Capiz conducted an Information Dissemination Activity through the distribution of flyers to raise public awareness on bomb safety, anti-terrorism, crime prevention, and community security.

The activity emphasized the importance of public vigilance and highlighted the following topics:

• Anti-Terrorism Campaign
• Presidential Decree No. 1727 (Anti-Bomb Joke Law)
• MOVE – Men Opposed to Violence Everywhere
• Crime Prevention Tips
• ELCAC – Executive Order No. 70

Through this initiative, PECU Capiz continues to strengthen community partnership, promote peace and order, and encourage active public participation in maintaining a safer and more secure environment for all.

LOOK: In line with the PNP Focused Agenda on Enhanced-Managing Police Operations, under the leadership of PBGEN ROGELIO Z RAYMUNDO, JR, Director, PNP-EOD/K9 Group, led by PMAJ LENARD RELOJ CARANDANG, Officer-In-Charge, RECU 10, personnel of the Provincial EOD and Canine Unit (PECU) Bukidnon actively participated in the conduct of a Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) during the Provincial Rescue Olympics 2026 – Mass Casualty Incident (Simulated Bombing Incident) at the Kaamulan Capitol Grounds, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.

The exercise aimed to evaluate and enhance the interoperability, coordination, and operational readiness of responding agencies—including EMS, BFP, AFP, and PNP—during an explosive-related emergency. It successfully tested the proper sequence of operations and Incident Command System (ICS) protocols, emphasizing that no rescue, fire suppression, or medical operations shall commence until the EOD/K9 team has completed the threat assessment, declared the area safe, and established a Safe Passage Way to ensure responder safety and prevent secondary casualties.

This exercise reaffirms our steadfast commitment to the safety and security of the general public.
