The session featured Retired Police Major Dorothy Joy Juarez-Bolivar, M.Ed., RPsy, LPT as the resource speaker, who discussed practical ways to manage stress and maintain mental and emotional well-being.

The activity gave LEDIP personnel a chance to learn and reflect on simple ways of handling stress, both at work and in everyday life.
