🎓 COLLEGE STUDENT CASH INCENTIVE PROGRAM
School Year 2026–2027
The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabilao Pequeño, Carles, Iloilo is pleased to announce the implementation of the College Student Cash Incentive Program for School Year 2026–2027.
This program aims to provide financial assistance and support to our college students as they continue pursuing higher education. We are calling the attention of all college students whose names are included in the Preliminary List of Qualified Applicants to submit the required documents for verification and processing of their cash incentive.
📋 Requirements
Please submit the following documents:
📌 Duly accomplished Application Form(available and can be claimed from the SK Council of Barangay Cabilao Pequeño).
📌 School ID (Current School Year 2026–2027) or any Valid Government-Issued ID.
📌 Certificate of Registration (COR), Registration Form (RF), or Current Certificate of Enrollment for School Year 2026–2027.
📌 PSA Birth Certificate
📌 Barangay Certificate of Residency
If the cash incentive will be claimed by an authorized representative, please also submit:
📌 Authorization Letter signed by the student.
📌 Photocopies of the valid IDs of both the student and the authorized representative.
Note: The Acknowledgment Receipt/Payroll will be provided and accomplished by the Sangguniang Kabataan upon the release of the cash incentive.
📅 Submission Deadline
August 16, 2026 (Sunday)
📢 Important Reminders:
✅ Please compile and submit all the required documents on or before August 16, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions may not be accepted.
✅ Only applicants who submit complete requirements and meet the eligibility requirements of the program will be included in the Official List of Beneficiaries and will be eligible to receive the College Student Cash Incentive.
✅ All applicants are required to join the official Group Chat (GC) to receive important announcements, updates, schedules, and other information regarding the Cash Incentive Program.
