This morning we had a chat with the kids about the Juvenile Justice Act. We talked about it because there are a lot of accidents that happen around schools, and it’s really important for them to know and understand this Philippine law.

As a continuation of our community service, this time we visited Daycare Center 2, here at Quintin Salas, headed by Ma'am Orange Lovejoy Distor. We are grateful for this beautiful partnership with the daycare. ❤️😊

The kids enjoyed listening to stories shared by Mary Shyne C. Casaña and Alfie V. Jalandoni, staff of the Quintin Salas Reading and Study Center. After the stories, the kids also participated in a question and answer activity about what they learned from the stories. 🧒📚

We would also like to thank the people who always share food with the children we visit. Thank you so much for the kindness you have shown to the children. ❤️❤️❤️

As part of our community service and literacy program this month of July, we started at Daycare Center 1, our pilot school here at Quintin Salas, headed by Ma'am Chammy Untal.

The kids were so happy as we started by energizing with the song Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes 👧❤️💃

Then we continued with story telling, which was read by Mary Shyne, C. Casaña, and Alfie V. Jalandoni, staff of the Quintin Salas Reading and Study Center.

The kids listened attentively and enjoyed the story.
After the story telling, they also enjoyed the food.😍👧👦
