The training center is a result of a collaboration of two (2) well-renowned Philippine review centers who are consistent producers of topnotch passers for maritime licensure examinations for deck and engine departments, Golden Success and Seal
ane Maritime Consultancies, Inc., respectively. is engaged in the development and provision of maritime training courses as well as the conduct of related assessment procedures. Training courses offered are generally categorized as compulsory or required courses, optional or in-house courses, and customized/principal’s requirements. A combination of these courses creates a range of training programs for navigation, seamanship, engineering, safety, security and communication. The training center’s market base is composed of the Philippine crewing/manning agencies, formalized by existing agreements. A great majority of its clients have been doing business with the training center from the time it started operations up to the present. After a decade of successful operations, EXACT has opened its first-of-its-kind Practicum Training Site in Arayat, Pampanga and a front beach training site in Lian, Batangas and it’s newest site in Guimbal Iloilo. Alongside these acquisitions is the expansion in strategic provincial location/s.
