Opening of "Summer Job 2024" Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) 2024
Qualifications:
📍Male or female between 15 to 25 years of age
📍Must be a resident of the Municipality
📍Continuing college student taking up any regular or vocational course or High School graduate/Out-Of-School Youth (OSY) who will be enrolling in college the next School Year or Incoming Senior High School student (Grade 11 or 12 by the next School Year)
📍Without failing grades (for enrolled students)
📍Must be willing to work almost full-time during this school break
🔴 Requirements: Application letter addressed to the Mayor
Other requirements needed when qualified and passed the screening:
NEW APPLICANTS
✅ Latest two (3)1x1 I.D. picture and one (5) 2x2 I.D. picture
✅ Birth or baptismal certificate or permanent school record
✅ Original Certificate of Indigency
✅ Form 138 SY 2024(High School) /Sr High SY or College 2024 1ST Sem or Certification of passing grades 1ST Sem SY 2024 (Jan 2024)
OLD APPLICANTS
✅ Latest two (3)1x1 I.D. picture and one (5) 2x2 I.D. picture
✅ Form 138 SY 2024(High School), Certification passing grades 1st Sem SY 2024 for Sr High or College (Jan 2024)
✅ SPES ID
OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH(OSY)
✅ Latest two (3)1x1 I.D. picture and one (5) 2x2 I.D. picture
✅ Birth certificate or baptismal certificate
✅ Certification as OSY issued by DSWD/CSWD or authorized Barangay Official where the OSY resides
✅ Certificate of Indigency
🔴Other requirements as may be prescribed by the Municipality and DOLE forms will be given during work orientation.
🔴Submit requirements to John Erik Emboltura at the PESO Office. Deadline of submission is on June 21, 2024, 5:00PM.
