Young leaders, advocates, and changemakers gathered for the ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ผ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ข๐๐ฃ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ, creating a space for collaboration, dialogue, and action toward more open and participatory governance.
๐ฅ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป proudly took part last ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ญ๐ด, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, at ๐ช๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐, which was represented by Dominic Layawon and James Abid Sta. Maria, contributing to the growing movement of youth engagement in governance. ๐๐ป
The event was graced by Iloilo Province Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque, who delivered an inspiring message, and was also graced by the presence of Yuan Rafael Fernandez, National GoodGovPH Education Director; CJ Javier, National GoodGovPH Community Director; and our very own Reform Organization Vice President for External Affairs, Railyn Jeffe I. Alcarde, serving as one of the speakers and Visayas Hub Project Head.
Other Reformistas actively involved in the GoodGovPH Visayas Hub include Organization President Esmeralda Ellyn Joy Estrada, REC Co-Chairperson Angel Napano, and Reform Senator-Elect Darleen Panizalesโfurther strengthening youth representation in the space.
Through engaging sessions, participants from various institutions explored how transparency, accountability, and participation can be translated into concrete initiatives within their schools, organizations, and communities.
