On this National Heroes Day, we honor the Filipinos who sacrificed their lives for the freedom we enjoy today. Their courage in the face of oppression and their willingness to give everything for the Philippines remain etched in our history.

Yet heroism does not end with their sacrifices. It lives on in Filipinos who continue to stand for truth, justice, and compassion, and who contribute to building a better nation in their own ways.

May the courage of our heroes, past and present, inspire us to do our part in shaping a better future for the Philippines.
