WORK EXPERIENCE : None Required

COMPETENCY:
• Ability to conduct preventive maintenance of various plumbing system such as plumbing fixtures, pumps, water line, sanitary line and sewer line.
• Ability to diagnose and evaluate various leaks or malfunction in the plumbing system and can recommend appropriate tools and appurtenances needed;
• Ability to repair and restore to its functionality and safe state various plumbing works to include plumbing fixtures, pumps, water line, sanitary line, sewer line, and other related plumbing system of the hospital.
• Ability to install and layout a simple plumbing layout system with minimal supervision;
• Can submit maintenance reports and other documented requirements in the conduct of plumbing maintenance.
