The CSWDO – Family and Community Welfare Division successfully conducted a coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming 𝑬𝑹𝑷𝑨𝑻 𝑩𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚: “𝑫𝒖𝒈𝒐 𝑲𝒐, 𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒉𝒊 𝑴𝒐!”

‎The meeting was led by Ms. Juna M. Alidron, RSW, Division Head, together with Ms. Jerrel Ann L. Julian, LPT, ERPAT Focal Person, and Ms. Niña Ganzon, ECA Focal Person. The meeting was attended by dedicated ERPAT District Coordinators and ERPAT Officers, with a total of 19 participants.

The coordination meeting focused on strengthening collaboration, finalizing preparations, and ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of this meaningful activity.

Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)

The 4Ps Parent Leaders 2nd Quarter Traveling Allowances were released on August 5, 2026 at Iloilo City Hall. A total of 245 Parent Leaders, including 75 from Arevalo, 49 from City Proper, 54 from Mandurriao, and 67 from Molo.

This initiative reflects the Iloilo City Government's commitment to ensure our community leaders are well-supported in their essential roles.

The Family and Community Welfare Division (FCWD) conducted a meeting on August 4, 2026, regarding the upcoming Family Day celebration for 4Ps beneficiaries, educational assistance for 4Ps first-year college students, and sustainable livelihood programs.

The meeting was led by Division Head Ms. Juna M. Alidron, RSW, alongside FCWD staff, City Links, and four District Coordinators, with a total of 18 attendees.

𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 | 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 | August 5, 2026

The Department of Social Welfare and Development, in partnership with the CSWDO- Family and Community Welfare Division, successfully conducted the UPLIFT (𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁) payout today, for 813 Walang Gutom Program beneficiaries.

Through effective coordination and teamwork, the activity was completed smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the timely delivery of assistance to our beneficiaries.

Solo Parent Program Update | August 5, 2026

The City Social Welfare and Development Office – Family and Community Welfare Division (CSWDO-FCWD), led by Ms. Juna M. Alidron, RSW, Division Head, together with Ms. Ma. Elena Denise Gono, Solo Parent Program Focal Person, conducted a coordination meeting with the District Coordinators of the Solo Parent Program, attended by nine (9) participants.

The meeting served as a venue to provide updates on the implementation of the Solo Parent Program, particularly on the Solo Parent Cash Subsidy, and to discuss concerns and clarify issues related to the processing of Solo Parent Identification Card (S**C) applications.

Through continuous coordination with district coordinators, the CSWDO-FCWD remains committed to ensuring the efficient implementation of the program and the timely delivery of services and benefits to solo parents in Iloilo City.

A day of smiles, gratitude and celebration as our beloved octogenarians, nonagenarians and centenarians received their well-deserved cash gifts, under the Expanded Centenarians Act Program of the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗜.

This successful cash gift distribution was made possible through the partnership of the (𝗡𝗖𝗦𝗖) 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗜 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗥𝗗 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗦𝗪𝗗𝗢 – 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. Preparation is key to a successful implementation.

Today, we conducted a coordination meeting with our Division Head, DSWD staff and Walang Gutom Program Coordinators regarding the 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧 (𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁) 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 for our 813 Walang Gutom Program beneficiaries, scheduled tomorrow, August 5, 2026.

We also visited the payout venue at Ang Dios Gugma Prayer Center, Hibao-an Norte, Mandurriao, Iloilo City to ensure proper preparations and seamless coordination with the DSWD team and our retailer.

Together, we strive to deliver efficient and organized services for our program beneficiaries.

A total of 923 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝘂𝘇 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 received their 2nd Quarter National Social Pension through the National Social Pension Program of DSWD.

This payout underscores our continuing commitment to ensuring that our elderly beneficiaries receive the support they deserve, promoting their welfare, dignity, and overall well-being through the timely distribution of social pension benefits.
